Change your state of being by managing your attention on the thoughts which causes stress in your brain either physical or emotional. Thoughts really alter the course of your thinking. Myths about neuroplasticity:
The most common is the perception that brain stops developing after a certain age. What is developed cannot be changed. But this is not true you can always change your brain mapping.
